With 30 years seasonal sourcing experience, Alison Lloyd brings a wealth of knowledge to the new position, Senior Buyer Home Décor at Premier. Â
Alison will be known to many. Having started life as a retail buyer with Selfridges, and then moving to Christmas Crafts, building knowledge on the wholesale side of the business , and growing a strong affiliation to the Christmas industry. As one of the co -founders of The Paragon Collection, Alison was responsible for  design at Paragon, as the lead in both product development, and product ranging across all seasonal categories. For some years, she has also worked alongside a number of major retailers developing bespoke product and own brands. Her commercial insight has been invaluable in working with customers across a number of market sectors. Â
Following a spell with CCG, she joined Premier some 16 years ago , managing the Solo division, primarily handling own brand Product development and special sourcing for larger retailers.
Alison has been part of the Premier team for some time , and now takes on the role as Senior buyer for Premier decorative product. Her experience, creativity, and vision will be a great asset, as Premier now look to significantly grow the decorative side of the business with an exciting 3 year plan to put the home décor business on a whole new level.Â
